Inside The Experience

Every transmission is personally prepared and recorded by Terryl Maddocks, an AHA registered clinical hypno-psychotherapist, drawn from the living edge of her own practice each month. Ten transmissions already live inside, and the library grows every month. These are full hypnotherapy journeys. Your conscious mind is given somewhere restful to sit while the deeper mind does what it already knows how to do.

The Karma of Receiving releases the nervous-system patterns of earning, proving, and holding it all together, guiding you into a state where receiving feels safe, natural, and already yours.

Presence Is Currency then anchors the new signal, teaching body and mind to register that your presence itself carries value, before a word is spoken or a task performed. A somatic experience of breath, imagery, and deep subconscious suggestion creating real change in posture, energy, and receptivity.

Modern life places extraordinary demands on attention. Thought accelerates, identity contracts, and the body keeps carrying signals beneath conscious awareness. This session is a guided return to coordination, a space where body, breath, and awareness begin moving together again in a natural, self-organising way.

The work supports somatic settling, breath regulation, nervous system recalibration, and identity softening. The body becomes the bridge. Breath becomes the guide. Awareness becomes the stabilising field.

These are three of the ten transmissions already waiting inside, a growing library with a new recording arriving every month, and every one of them yours to return to whenever the season asks for it.

You are listening in company

Every member receives the same transmission in the same month. While you listen, others are listening, in their own rooms and their own hours, moving through the same material in the same cycle. That shared rhythm is the field this space is named for.

This is how you are witnessed here. Each month's recording rises from what is moving through Terryl's live clinical practice, so the space is tended, month by month, by a practitioner walking the work beside you. Your growth is held inside a living, current body of work rather than a static archive.

You grow at your own pace, and you grow in company. The full library travels with you, and deep rest, revisited, deepens.

These transmissions complement your growth with care and intention. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. By listening, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Listening safely

These recordings guide you into genuine hypnotic rest. For most people they are deeply safe when followed as intended. A few things ask for your care before you begin.

Give yourself a private, settled place where you can remain undisturbed for the length of the recording. Listen lying down or fully supported. Please keep this for a time when you are free, rather than while driving or doing anything that needs your attention.

Some conditions ask you to pause here. If you live with a history of psychosis or psychotic episodes, a diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder in an elevated phase, a dissociative disorder, or a history of severe depersonalisation, please speak with your treating psychiatrist or clinical psychologist before engaging with this material. Honour yourself here. The recordings will keep.

If at any moment you feel lightheaded beyond a gentle floating, distant from your body, anxious, or unable to find the ground beneath you, come back gently and completely. Open your eyes. Place both feet flat on the floor. Press your palms into your thighs. Take three slow breaths. Have something small to eat or drink. Return fully to the room before you carry on with your day.

Your wellbeing is always the first instruction.
